What a
good day to say HI ! ! This maybe the last issue of HFT and I hope you enjoy my
later issue. The first issue, I talked about nutrition and the next I talked
about exercising so, this issue I will mix it up together and make it easy to
understand. Just want to remind that this blog is create for the class and the
students & teacher from the class is in Thailand, so I will use the stuffs
that possible to find in Thailand.
Before we get into the nutrition &
workout programs, I will tell you some fact that why someone fail from their
way of workout or diet. If you workout for the whole day but eat like you want
to fulfill the black hole in your stomach, it is impossible to lose your
weight. Let me compare your body with the sand bag with many holes. The holes
represent the way you use your energy and the sand represents the energy. The more
you use your energy (more workouts), the bigger the hole is. If you have a big
hole but you always fill the sandbag with bigger amount of sand, will the
sandbag get smaller?
On the
other hand, if you fill the sandbag with a small amount of sand but has very
big hole. Will the sandbag get in shape? Don’t push some way too far.
First, the breakfast is most
important as I said in my previous issue, but I will talk to you not only the
breakfast. Somebody doesn’t have much time to prepare their meal, so sometimes
they don’t have rice on their breakfast. I suggest bread instead of rice, but
take the whole-wheat bread instead of normal bread.
We can
find source of protein in many products, but I suggest you TUNA ! ! Tuna has
much protein in one can. Only one can of tuna can separate to 3 meals. When you
walk into department store or convenience store, you can see many kinds of
tuna. I will tell you which one is the best for diet. You can normally see 3
kinds of tuna can.
1.
Tuna chunks in oil
2.
Tuna chunks in brine
3.
Tuna chunks in mineral water
For me, the best one is Tuna
chunks in mineral water. I think you might know that why tuna chunks in oil is
not good. For the tuna chunks in brine, brine is full of sodium which is can
make you fat if you have it too much.
For the exercising, if you want
to lose weight, I prefer cardio. Cardio is the way of workout that similar to
aerobic. You can be jogging, swimming, bicycling, etc. BUT
make sure that you do it more than 30 minutes, because your body will use your
fat as energy after 30 minutes of workout. I suggest 45 minutes per day.

i love to eat tuna in oil hehe i like it when my mom mix it with a mayonnaise, such a yummy meal i feel hungry when im thinking about it right now XD. i try to exercise for more than 30 min a day but it doesnt help me at all i still chubby like this ngae T^T

ReplyDeleteTuna is my favorite favor when i pick a sandwich. I do love tuna and I used to eat it everyday in the morning ^^" But now it make me gain my weight so, i stop eat it for a while. Thanks for reviewing about "Tuna" that make me know that tuna in oil is not good,i never see what tuna i eat in sandwich, so i will notice it next time. And yeah, I really try to do some exercise but i'm not sure i can do it for 45 mins!!!
