Healthy FaQ Today 2

Healthy FaQ Today
From the last issue, I talked about food and nutrition. So, this issue I will tell you about the way of exercising to be in good shape and wrong belief of exercising. Ideal of good shape is different in each person. Some men desire a shape that full of muscle like Mr. Olympia, while some want a shape like model.

MR. OLYMOPIA

The first wrong belief of exercising (or weight training) is that many people think that they need to work out with little weight dumbbell and take many repetitions, if they want a shape like model. For Mr. Olympia shape, you need big dumbbells and few repetitions instead. All the statement above was WRONG. From the beginning, you all have weak muscles, so model’s shape or Mr. Olympia’s shape share the same beginning of work out.
The next wrong belief is this sentence “I will not take weight training, it will makes me too big”. It such a sentence that come from the person who is too lazy to work out and this sentence is wrong. Many guys train so hard to reach Mr. Olympia’s shape, but they fail. If someone says that sentence to me, I will response like “don’t be silly, you are not a beansprout”. You can’t grow your muscle fast in such a week or a month. If you can do it like that (grow muscle very fast), no one would spend much times in a gym.
This is not take only a month
The last wrong belief is “if you want to get rid of your belly, do the abs exercise”. Many many many many people believe that abs exercise will get rid of their belly, and they meet failure in the end. It is true that abs exercise like sit-up or crunch can build your abs muscle, but they don’t release the fat in your belly. To get a big picture, if you workout with your arms, will you expect it to be bigger or to be smaller?
Problem of being in good shape is not only lack of exercising but these wrong beliefs too. I think if you want to succeed in exercising, you might ask the people who is in good shape (from exercise and diet not from taking a drug or other). Finally, I want to thank to all you guy who follow my blog. See you next issue!

  1. I think you need to change the sentence that you refer to someone as a loser. You can't be negative in your feature article...it will alienate your readers.
