One of beautiful places in Thailand
Do you think how many beautiful places you have ever seen in Thailand?
Some Thai people loves to travel abroad because they think it have nothing special in this country anymore, so it's very boring going to the same types of the places such as beaches or mountains.
Here is the place full of warmth, peace and cultures which can make you fall in love with Thailand again.
Sangkhlaburi is an area in the north-west of Kanchanaburi which is close to Myanmar. Around the way to go to this place is covered by the wonderful nature that I can't expect to see in my life.
First of all, I would tell you guys that I went there by backpacking with my friends because Sangkhlaburi is so far from Bangkok and we didn't have much money to travel like this. For that reason, we started backpacking by choosing the pick-up at a large petrol station and went together in group of 5-7.
Every groups arrives at Kanchanaburi police station respectively about 2.00 a.m., so I had to sleep there. Can you imagine how many people spend the time in the police station without doing anything wrong. It's so exciting!
Raft Houses |
I and my friends rented three raft houses under the bridge along the river and we had a small party at night. It's peaceful and fresh when I'd been there.
In the morning, you have to wake up so early for giving alms to monks. It's a very popular tradition that people in the area loves to do everyday. Then it's time to take the photos with beautiful views such as the nature around the bridge and the view of the beautiful light mist.
You can swim safely in the river with the life jackets that's provided by the raft house's owner and spend the memorable time with your friend or family.
There is a very beautiful temple is called Wat Wang Wiwegaram in Mon village where was built by the famous monk in Thailand; Phra Uttama. In the temple, you can give alms to the monks easily by dropping little money to the donation box and all of the donations you give will be used to restore the temple.
Sangkhlaburi is the wonderful town of Thailand shows that every cultures can live together. In this town, I meet Laotians, Mon and Thais stay and share their cultures to each other happily.

I'd like to suggest that you don't write the features in 1st person. It's a review and how to not a personal travelog.
